Hope of the day: Heal Thy Self! You can start just by eating more fruits and veggies and using them as your snacks too. The key is to change the way you think about food. We often use food as a source of comfort and pleasure, but we should eat to give our bodies what it needs to be it’s best and heal and restore. When you start thinking like that, you start turning down certain foods because you know it won’t help in any way if it doesn’t carry any nutritional value and you start consuming things that support your body more. Simply changing your eating habits can help you improve your overall well-being physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. Change doesn’t happen over night; it’s a gradual process. You have to commit to improving your own wellness and challenge yourself daily. #hope
